※「登録費込み総額」は、前払い会費と登録費用5,500円を合計した、ご入会時のお支払い金額です。

 

お支払い方法

前払い会費と登録費用を、ご入会時に一括してお支払いいただきます。

※クレジットカードの種類や発行国などによっては、ご利用いただけない場合があります。

※分割払いやリボ払いのお取り扱いはありません。
  カード会社側で後から支払方法を変更する場合は、お客様ご自身でカード会社へご確認ください。

 

ご入会方法

前払い・短期利用プランのお申し込みは、各店舗の店頭で受け付けております。

スタッフ受付時間内に、利用を希望される店舗へお越しください。

ご入会時に必要なもの

• 本人確認書類
• 前払い会費
• 登録費用5,500円

本人確認書類として、以下のいずれかをご用意ください。

• 運転免許証
• マイナンバーカード
• 健康保険証または資格確認書
• 在留カード
• パスポート
• その他、ご本人確認ができる公的書類

利用期間について

利用期間は、ご指定の利用開始日から連続して計算します。

例：1週間プランを7月10日から利用する場合
→利用期間は7月10日から7月16日までとなります。

契約期間終了後は自動的に利用終了となり、ジムのドアは開かなくなります。
翌月分の会費などが請求されることはありません。

継続して利用される場合は、契約期間終了前に店頭で新しい利用期間をお申し込みください。

その際のお支払いは前払い会費のみで登録費用のお支払いは必要ありません。

契約期間が終了した後の再度のお申し込みの際は、再び登録費用5500円が必要となります。

 

ご利用上の注意

• お客様都合による途中解約・返金は行いませんのでご注意ください。
• 利用開始後の休会、期間延長および名義変更はできません。
• 会員資格を他の方へ譲渡することはできません。
• 施設利用規約に違反した場合は、利用期間中であっても施設の利用を停止することがあります。
• 利用停止となった場合も、お支払いいただいた料金は返金できません。
• 施設の利用にはEVERFiT24の施設利用規約が適用されます。

1回だけ利用される方へ

1回のみの利用には、ビジター利用もご用意しています。

ビジター料金：2,750円（税込）／1回

1～3回程度の利用であればビジター、滞在中に複数回トレーニングする場合は、前払い・短期利用プランがおすすめです。

 

 

PREPAID SHORT-TERM MEMBERSHIP

This plan allows you to pay the full membership fee for your selected period in advance, without monthly payments being charged to your credit card or bank account.

You can choose from the following membership periods:

Your membership will not renew automatically, and no additional charges will be made after the selected membership period ends.

Recommended for:

People who want to work out only while on a business trip or visiting family

International visitors staying in Japan for a limited period

People who prefer not to pay monthly membership fees by bank account withdrawal

People who want to choose their membership period in advance

People who prefer not to use recurring credit card payments

Pricing Information

 

All prices include consumption tax.

The “Total incl. Registration Fee” is the amount due when joining and includes the prepaid membership fee plus the ¥5,500 registration fee.

Payment

The prepaid membership fee and registration fee must be paid in full when you join.

Some credit cards may not be accepted depending on the card type or country of issue.

Installment payments and revolving credit payments are not available.

If you wish to change the payment method after the transaction, please contact your credit card issuer directly.

How to Join

Applications for Prepaid Short-Term Memberships are accepted in person at each EVERFiT24 location.

Please visit the location you wish to use during staffed reception hours.

What to Bring

A valid form of identification

The prepaid membership fee

The ¥5,500 registration fee

 

Please bring one of the following forms of identification:

Driver’s license

My Number Card

Health insurance card or health insurance eligibility certificate

Residence Card

Passport

Other valid government-issued identification

Membership Period

Your membership period will be calculated as consecutive calendar days beginning on your selected start date.

Example: If a one-week membership begins on July 10, it will be valid from July 10 through July 16.

When your membership period ends:

Your membership will automatically expire.

Your gym door access will be deactivated.

You will not be charged for the following month or receive any additional charges.

If you wish to continue using the gym, please purchase a new membership period at the front desk before your current membership expires. In this case, you will only need to pay the new prepaid membership fee. The ¥5,500 registration fee will not be charged again.

If your membership has already expired before you reapply, the ¥5,500 registration fee will be charged again.

Important Information

Cancellations and refunds are not available for personal reasons.

Once your membership has started, it cannot be suspended, extended or transferred to another person.

Memberships and access privileges may not be transferred or shared with anyone else.

If you violate the facility rules, your access may be suspended or terminated even during your membership period.

No refund will be provided if your access is suspended or terminated due to a violation.

Use of the facilities is subject to the EVERFiT24 Facility Rules and Regulations.

For One-Time Visitors

A visitor pass is available if you only wish to use the gym once.

Visitor fee: ¥2,750 per visit, including tax

A visitor pass is generally more suitable for one to three visits. If you plan to work out several times during your stay, a Prepaid Short-Term Membership is recommended.
